We took a close look at the Human Results brand, from its founder to its target clients, to determine the appropriate mix of professionalism and spirit.

We crafted a friendly, customized typeface to create a smiling face connecting “human” to “results” – indicative of the founder’s joyful demeanor and approach to people operations and organizational strategy. The color of the “smile” is intended to stand out and be customizable / ever-changing based on client collaborations, pitches, and special occasions.

Freedom to express the brand consistently
We worked with the client to develop a simple set of brand guidelines to ensure consistent execution of the new identity across media, while allowing for flexibility to have a bit of fun and playfulness into materials and digital content.
Logo variations
Different channels and platforms require different sizes and shapes for a brand to be seen and noticed, so we created a custom set of logo elements for different usages, including a monogram “stamp” to be used in smaller areas, while still cleverly aligning the business name with the HR acronym associated with “human resources.”

Telling a story through color
We developed a clean, professional brand color palette of blues as a nod to Human Results’ more traditional clientele, augmented with brighter teals and oranges reflective of happiness and energy, inspired by the founder’s own personal life and interests.
